Milano Foil has developed an easy-to-use dispenser for foil highlighting and frosting. The days of cutting individual pieces of foil are over. Milano’s Hair Foil Roll Dispenser allows you the freedom to decide the exact length of salon foil you need during the process.

Each dispenser is constructed out of a sturdy metal frame with four strong suction cups that keep the unit securely in place. A built-in cutter lets you pull the foil to a desired length and rip it off with one hand. The standard width of the hair foil roll dispenser measures 5 inches and accommodates 3 sizes and 2 levels of thickness.
